you go the administative panel then you go to users and groups the you click on "group administation" then you make the titles then you go back into the members list then put them into those groups that you made, you can also change the colors of the groups

I did do that(Although I don't have any members Embarassed

), And I did colors and all, but moderator is still green and I don't have my two new groups. Also I can't devide my forums into categories. Maybe I should just delete my site. I feel so dumb.
